The studio runs every product through four sequential moves: Identify, Design, Build, Operate. We do not skip steps and we do not parallelise.
Identify is structured market research, operator interviews, and pattern recognition across the categories we already serve. If we cannot answer "what problem, for which niche, and what advantage," we do not build.
Design holds function and form to the same bar — judged together. A product that works but looks ordinary does not pass. A product that looks beautiful but works poorly does not pass either.
Build ships deeply, in months not quarters, on shared infrastructure. Operate is hire, fundraise, scale — playbooks tested across six years of operator-grade work.
