    • Five-plus years shipping production software end to end, not in pieces.
    • Has built and operated something at scale on their own name, not under someone else’s.
    • Fluent in TypeScript, Postgres, Next.js. Comfortable picking the next stack when the current one doesn’t fit.
    • Will hold AVA platform engineering, lead the Linxio migration, set the engineering bar for every house after.
    • Equity stake. Salary in line with Dubai or Bangkok market. Lifetime percentage on every product shipped.

    Design Lead

    Holds the brand and the product surface across every house.

    Dubai or BangkokOpen
    • Has signed brands you would recognise, or shipped a product whose interface you would remember.
    • Reads typography the way an engineer reads code.
    • Comfortable opposite a CEO and opposite an engineer. Argues the line; doesn’t collapse it.
    • Will own the brand bar across all houses, the production bar on every shipping product, and the design system that compounds across them.
    • Equity stake. Salary in line with Dubai or Bangkok market. Lifetime percentage on every product shipped.
B · THE BAR

Operators. Not employees.

You have shipped. Not contributed to. Shipped. The thing went live with your name on the deploy, and you held it through the first six months when nobody else would.

You can hold a deliverable and a P&L at the same time. You don’t need a project manager between you and the decision. You can pick a fight on quality and lose it gracefully when the argument is better.

You are not looking for a job. You are looking for a place to spend the next ten years on work that compounds.
